Yes. 1-Day Pass tickets are date-specific for capacity planning, catering, and access control. You must select your preferred day (Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3) before completing your booking to secure your entry.
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact our support team, and we will apply your Day Pass payment toward the Full Congress fee. You will only need to pay the remaining difference.
No. The Patient Seminar taking place on Day 3 (Saturday) is ticketed separately. It is specifically designed for patient education regarding safety, expectations, and recovery, rather than clinical training.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, tickets are fully transferable to another delegate up to 14 days prior to the event. Please email our support team with the new delegate's details for any transfer requests.
