1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UK Face Congress website (https://ukfacecongress.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website.

2. About UK Face Congress

UK Face Congress is a professional medical event hosted by Leeds Private Hospital, focusing on facial plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and patient education. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Event Information Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but session content, speaker participation, and schedule details are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or costs incurred due to such changes.

4. Website Disclaimer: Programme, Faculty and Live Surgery Notice

UK FACE Congress 2026 is a live clinical educational event delivered within a functioning private hospital environment. The published programme, faculty list, live surgery schedule, surgical cases, demonstrations, workshops, timings, venues, rooms, exhibitors, sponsors and session formats are provisional and may be subject to change.

All live surgery, clinical demonstrations and faculty participation are dependent on clinical governance approval, patient suitability and consent, theatre logistics, faculty availability, travel arrangements, visa requirements, professional registration, practising privileges, insurance and indemnity approval, regulatory requirements, AV/logistical considerations and patient safety.

UK FACE Congress reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary, substitute, reschedule, combine or withdraw any element of the programme, including any advertised faculty member, operating surgeon, live surgical procedure, clinical demonstration, workshop, lecture, panel, sponsor session or educational format.

Where appropriate, a live surgical session may be replaced by another live case, a different operating surgeon, recorded surgical case review, expert video analysis, cadaveric demonstration, live discussion, keynote lecture, panel discussion, or other educational format considered suitable by the organisers.

Delegates are registering for UK FACE Congress 2026 as an overall educational programme and not for the guaranteed appearance, participation or live surgical performance of any individual faculty member, surgeon, procedure, device, sponsor or session.

Any references to faculty, live surgery, procedures, venues or programme content in printed brochures, social media posts, adverts, downloadable PDFs, emails or earlier versions of the programme are provisional. The latest programme published on the UK FACE Congress website supersedes all previous printed, digital or promotional materials.

The safety, dignity, confidentiality and welfare of patients will always take priority over the published timetable. UK FACE Congress may alter, pause, replace or stop any live surgery, recording, demonstration or broadcast where this is considered necessary for patient safety, clinical governance, consent, privacy, regulatory, insurance, indemnity, operational or educational reasons.

This notice does not affect any statutory rights delegates may have. If the congress as a whole is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed in a way that substantially alters the overall nature of the event, UK FACE Congress will communicate with registered delegates regarding available options in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
