Situated at the heart of the vibrant Leeds Dock waterfront, the Royal Armouries Museum – home to the United Kingdom's national collection of arms and armour – stands as one of the most iconic cultural landmarks in the North of England with world-class exhibition spaces and state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, offering an atmosphere that is both dramatic and inspiring.

Arriving by Air

Reaching the event is hassle-free with multiple travel options. Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBA) is just a 30-minute taxi ride away, making it the most convenient for quick access directly to the venue.

For those flying into Manchester Airport, direct train routes and motorway connections bring you into Leeds City Centre in about 75 minutes.

Even from London Heathrow, the high-speed LNER service connects to Leeds Station in just over 2 hours — fast, smooth, and scenic.

Arriving by Train

Leeds Train Station is just a quick 5–8 minute ride (or a scenic 15-minute waterfront walk) from the museum, offering seamless access to the venue. Direct train services run frequently from London Kings Cross (approx. 2 hours 15 minutes), as well as from Manchester, Edinburgh, and Birmingham. Upon arrival, taxis, Ubers, and the iconic Leeds Dock Water Taxis are readily available.

Arriving by Road

From the M1 or M621, follow the brown tourist signs for Royal Armouries → Armouries Drive. Convenient multi-storey parking is available immediately adjacent to the venue at Citi Park. Frequent bus services connect the city centre to Leeds Dock, stopping within easy walking distance of the museum.

All live surgical content is time-delayed, moderated and delivered under strict clinical governance to protect patient safety and confidentiality.
Photography and filming inside clinical or lecture spaces require written permission. Patient privacy overrides all branding or recording opportunities.
